Membership
Graham was, until 31/12/25, a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), member number 7525758, but on this date and in anticipation of his semi retirement, he resigned his membership of ICAEW.     From this date however Graham will continue to provide his services to businesses as an Interim Manager introduced by TFP.

ICAEW Practising Certificate("PC")

Until late November 2024, TFP held a PC with the ICAEW but relinquished this ahead of pending semi retirement.   Whilst TFP will still retain its full name, including the word Practice, this is purely to retain the goodwill with all historic contacts.   TFP does not now provide any advice to businesses, it deals solely with the placement of Interim Managers.

Contractual terms

These are agreed in writing with each individual business at the outset of the placement instruction, including the price for any services to be provided either in terms of placement services (TFP) and/or the Interim Manager's own terms.
